Really cute lips for you would be a pinkish coral color. Definately peach colored blush with a dewy sheen. And for your eyes, I would have a thin top eyeliner, and thick full lashes. cream colored eye shadow. For sure. That would be pretty!

i have noticed that natural colors such as tan, brown, and other light natural shades look the best for people with green eyes! use a brown liquid eyeliner and a good mascara such as m.a.c. or dior. for lipgloss i would use a light tint of pink with a little bit of glimmer in it. and for foundation use philosophy's foundation powder!
