Can a Japanese person have natural dark brown hair?

Yes, it is not that rare.

Can a Japanese person have natural dark brown hair?

Dark brown hair is not that rare...actually, jet black is more rare because majority of the Japanese people that I've seen in my life in Japan have dark brown hair (it really depends on what you define as jet black...when I think of jet black, it's more the color of people from India, which I think looks very pretty).

The dark brown hair of Asian people look black to Americans, because according to the hair coloring specialist, Asian people have brown hair with a reddish tint, while Caucasian people have brown hair with olive tint.

I have dark brown hair myself, and my sister have lighter, natural chestnut colored hair, and we're both Japanese!

Can a Japanese person have natural dark brown hair?

Yes Japanese people can have naturally dark brown hair.

Yes it's rare among the older generation but not so much to the younger.

Yes and No to the jet black hair question because the older generation will usually have some gray hair and the younger kids have some sort of highlight in their hair whether it's blong, brown, red, green, silver.

Let's say I have 50 Japanese friends. I only know maybe 10 people who kept their hair its natural hair color during college. (whether it be naturally dark brown or plain jet black)

Most of my friends tend to dye their hair brown.
