Here's what you do: Go to the mall, there should be plenty of department stores there. Most makeup companies offer free makeovers if you purchase 1 or 2 items from them. SO, go to Clinique, have them write down what they're using, buy a few things - then if it's too expensive you can buy the rest in a generic brand at a local drugstore. You're just looking for suggestions and that's the easiest way to know for sure if something looks good or not.

Brown eyes and hair are brought out by a plum purple eyeshadow and liner. Dont use dark eye shadow on all the eyes, use a light toward your nose, cover the entire lid, almost middle start overlapping with a medium that blends well with the light, and at the outside corners overlap a little with a dark purple, then draw a thin line right above the eyelashes with a plum purple liner.

Under the bottom lashes, real close to the lashline, draw another thin line that gets thicker toward the outside of the eye. if its later at night add a little light purple shimmer under it just to make your eyes really pop

i suggest a gold shimmer for eye shadow. try mac's amber lights for shading and goldmine over the lids. it will make your eyes pop out, especially with your brown hair.
