Honestly, you can wear whatever you want. If you don't want to clash with your hair, avoid orange. Pale colors allow your hair and eyes to stand out; bright or vivid colors will complement your hair and make you stand out in a crowd.

Jewel tones make a nice impression in the blah of winter (emerald green, royal blue, dark aqua, plum, etc.). Vivid pastels look great in the spring (coral, leaf green, sometimes yellow if your skin tone will tolerate it). True red, green, blue, and purple in the summer (think jungle colors, like on tucans). Fall is when you break out the brown, yellow, fire red, etc. As I said before, make sure the shade complements your skin tone.
