you need a hair color remover then dye it pink...if you dont lighten the color of your natural hair...the pink will be very dark or maybe not even show up barely

how much of a dark brown. u need bleach, the pink hair color. first make sure ur hairs dry bleach ur head or whatever part of ur hair u want pink, let it sit u will see the color change, dont leave the bleach on for more than 90 minutes, then when its lite enuff wash it out dry it put in the pink and do the same thing over and try some conditioning shampoo so ur hair can get back all it amino proteins.

I have a Pink strip in my hair like avrils...

- It will most definitly stay longer if you bleach the spot you are dying to as light as possible... then put some plastic gloves on and apply the color to your finger tips and put on your hair.

WARNING: do not get on your scalp, it'll dye it pink.

I use Punky Color and Special Effects :Attomic Pink [i like the SE one cause it glows under black light =) ]
